Minardi Piume Srl, through a specific procedure, provides the possibility to report, even anonymously, through an online platform (whistleblowing reporting channel), unlawful acts and/or violations related to the work environment or violations of national and EU regulations. The goal is to counteract any phenomenon of illegality or unethical behavior.

Personal or commercial communications (e.g., complaints, etc.) should be directed through regular communication channels.

The whistleblowing reporting channel of Minardi Piume Srl – managed by an external consulting firm that offers adequate guarantees of independence, professionalism, confidentiality, data protection, and secrecy – allows reporting either in written form or via voice messaging systems.

Alternatively, reporting can be carried out by requesting a direct meeting with the report handler. The request must be submitted through the whistleblowing channel.

All received reports will be handled in full compliance with whistleblowing regulations (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023) and personal data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree 196/2003).
